@Cristin Rakestraw Investing is business.  If you have basic business skills you can learn investing fairly easy.  Key words being "learn."  Just because you have been successful in business does not mean you can turnaround and immediately translate to Real Estate investing.  I see people get hurt that are over confident that their intellect can make up for a lack of experience, and they should not take the advice of professionals in the field.  It normally leads to them taking on more risk than they should have or a large BRRR project that they didn't understand.
