LLC question for soon to be rental property

I purchased a home in Georgia a few years ago to utilize as my primary residence but just recently accepted a job in Florida. I've decided to turn the Georgia property into a rental but want to protect my assets by forming an LLC and putting the property under that LLC. My question is, which state to I set the LLC up under? Florida or Georgia? Thanks for the help.

Replied

Having an LLC does not necessarily protect you 100% in the event someone tries to sue you. Having enough insurance is the best way to protect yourself so dont pay too much attention to needing an LLC.
