Thank you Bill. Will they normally also include renovation costs into the refi?

Cost will work perfectly for me. All I need is the ability to pull my initial investment capital out once the renovations are complete. Please let me know what banks you know of.

I just put an offer in on my first BRRRR property and want to get my refinancing ducks in a row when I'm finished with the renovations. I am looking for small private banks in the Largo/Clearwater, Florida area that will do quick BRRRR refinancing based on the ARV of the property and not the pre-renovation sale price. I'm also open to banks not local to me if they offer good terms. Thank you for your help!

I appreciate the help. I figured as much but this being the first time I've done this I just wanted to make sure. Have a good weekend.

I purchased a home in Georgia a few years ago to utilize as my primary residence but just recently accepted a job in Florida. I've decided to turn the Georgia property into a rental but want to protect my assets by forming an LLC and putting the property under that LLC. My question is, which state to I set the LLC up under? Florida or Georgia? Thanks for the help.
