Targeting Section 8 Tenants
I am starting to get into section 8 rentals, I prefer to rent to section 8 tenants as I like the guaranteed income from the government. Is there anyone that is already doing section 8 / housing choice vouchers...how do target people with vouchers to apply? Any tricks/methods?

They should have a section 8 web site specifically for you listing a property.
