Hey BP!
I am meeting up with some investor friends at Boxyard on 4th Ave on May 6th at 6:30pm and I wanted to open up the invite to anyone in the area who would like to drop by. We aren't going to have anything formal, just grabbing drinks and talking investing! We are expecting a pretty diverse group of young and seasoned investors alike, as well as people who specialize in different areas of real estate. If you're free swing by! Don't bring anything to sell or try to pull a fast one, we are just trying to get together and hang out. It'll be a good time.
Parking can be tough but hopefully it'll be early enough to park across the street. If not, park at one of the lots to the west of Fourth Ave.
