Hey BP!
I've been doing MTR in Tucson AZ for around 3 years now. I have 5 apartments I currently rent out located between Banner Main Campus and TMC with 2 more units on the way. Anyone else doing the same? I'm looking for other investors also focusing on the MTR market here to compare notes with and learn from. Specifically I'm wondering if anyone here local has moved into corporate housing and partnered with some of the different major industries here in town instead of just focusing on medical staff via Air Bnb/Furnished Finder.

Local Tucson RE Investor Meetup at a brand new beer/wine spot off Broadway!
Both beginner investors as well as seasoned investors will be there.
