Back by special request north of Boston, we are doing our Deal or No Deal! We will cover projects and fill out project estimate worksheets to determine if a project is even worth your time to go look at.
Everyone needs to be a deal analysis expert. Whether you are a rehabber, wholesaler, buy/hold investor or lender, you need to know how to analyze a deal.
