Real estate can be difficult: high prices, stiff competition, and strange situations. Sometimes a little creativity can make all the difference in making a deal work, solving problems, and creating opportunities. Creativity can also be applied to multiple facets of real estate, so we are taking a multi-faceted approach! There will be 3 mini speakers (the speakers are not mini, pretty normal sized, however the time given to each topic is relatively short). Derek Sherrell, That ADU Guy, will be tackling creative uses of buildings, Emilio Chavez will be speaking about creative financing, and Ryan Plummer will be talking about creative ways to use land. Come see if that deal you have been working on could be a home run with a little creativity!
This event will be at the Courthouse Family Fitness - which is a local gym. We will be upstairs in their conference room. They do have drinks and food available to purchase.
