Since the inception of the Birmingham Investor Social, our primary goal has been to help everyone in the group close more deals, thereby earning more money and having more fun. In the coming year, we are introducing a deal-focused format suitable for both beginners and experienced investors. If you are new to the group, this is the best way to learn.
If you are an experienced investor, this is an opportunity to start the year with a bang by finding your first deal. If you have a property, a listing, or a wholesale deal that you believe would be an excellent fit for an investor, bring it along with some accompanying information and handouts. You will be given one minute to give the group the basics of your deal, after which we will ask follow-up questions for about two minutes.
Our aim is to have 5-10 deals to look at and get them moving towards closing. Let's all close more in 24!
