This month's Luncheon will be held on Friday, October 24th. Webinar starts at 1pm ET / Noon CT / 11am MT / 10am PT.
We start each meeting with a guest expert who will educate us on a type of investment or strategy to help us all make more passive income. After that, we open up the meetings to nationwide networking. You can tell people about yourself, where you're located, where you're interested in finding investment properties and what type, and, you can ask for others who might be interested in the same areas to network and/or partner with you on your projects.
If you're a vendor (RE agent, roofer, lender, plumber, handyman, etc), you can let everyone know what services you offer and where on the webinar.
One of the hot topics in RE Investing right now is Affordable Housing. Far too many people can't afford a decent place to live. More and more are homeless and need some type of assistance.
