It's time for another Monthly Virtual Lunch and Networking event. It will be held this coming Tuesday, May 19, 2026, beginning at 1pm ET / Noon CT / 11am MT / 10am PT.
Don't let the Meetup attendee count fool you. Registration is direct via Zoom. We generally have 40-80 attendees.
We start each meeting with a guest expert who will educate us on a type of investment or strategy to help us all make more passive income. After that, we open up the meetings to nationwide networking. You can tell people about yourself, where you're located, where you're interested in finding investment properties and what type, and, you can ask for others who might be interested in the same areas to network and/or partner with you on your projects.
If you're a vendor (RE agent, roofer, lender, plumber, handyman, etc), you can let everyone know what services you offer and where on the webinar.
You can and should bring your deals to this event so we can help you analyze it live and maybe you'll find a partner or two or three in the process.
This is your opportunity to network with other like-minded investors and to keep learning about this industry to get out of your J.O.B. and start living the life style you want and deserve!!
This month's meeting is about your Buy Box/Property Profile and how to communicate effectively with RE Listing and Buying Brokers.
Our guest expert is Norvan Daniels, a commercial broker with Versant Real Estate Consulting, a commercial brokerage operating under the philosophy We Advise First, Transact Where Necessary. Versant brings over 25 years of experience across every commercial asset type and class, lending and underwriting, and complex transactions. He also holds a Series 65, is registering an Investment Advisory firm, and operates Legacy Assure, a Texas insurance agency across all general lines.
Recently, Norvan attended my 4-Day Apartment Investing Master Boot Camp in New Orleans. During our training session on creating our Buy Pox/Property Profile, Norvan had a unique take on what info you should be prepared to discuss with RE Brokers. I was so impressed with his attention to detail from his perspective as a Listing/Buyer agent, I invited him to share his insights with you.
