On June 5, we are opening our McLean, VA office to 50 investors for a working session on mortgage note investing.
This is a chance to learn how the asset class actually functions. What a note is. Why banks sell them. How underwriting works in practice. How non-performing loans get resolved when the borrower does not want to lose the home, and the fund does not want to foreclose. All in person, where you can ask questions in real time.
I have spent the better part of a decade explaining this strategy in webinars and on podcasts. The format is fine. It is not a substitute for sitting in a room and being able to ask a follow-up question to the answer you just got.
