Hey folks,
Just letting all you Washington folks know that this coming Saturday ( the 7th of June) I will be speaking for a short bit during the Washington Landlord Association Spring Conference - held at the La Quinta Inn in Tacoma. So for all you Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia... and maybe even Portland folks- I'd love to see you there! I don't know many WLA people, so I'd love to hang out with some BiggerPockets members while I'm attending (this is my first WLA Conference!)
The event is $35 if you pre-register - and that includes lunch.
So if you are in the Pacific Northwest, and looking for something to do on Saturday, come hang out for the day and become a better landlord :) To register, call 360-753-9150.

My son's up in Seattle area, but he wouldn't yet know what to make of BP, landlording or the Brandon Turner eminence. It makes me wish I were going to be there, instead of my boy. Next time maybe both of us could be there. Keep me in the loop for the future.
