Hello all Atlanta Area Investors!

The October 11th meeting is right around the corner, can't wait to hear everyone's input on this topic. Our focus for our Noon meeting at Davinci's of Decatur is: Acquisitions

What methods, arrangements and creative structures have you used to acquire a property?  Partnerships, Private/Hard Money, Subject To, Lease Purchase, etc.  We want to hear about what worked for you and what you might do different next time.  Haven't completed a deal yet? Then you really need to be here as prices keep rising and inventory is tight only the creative will come up with the real bargains.

NOTE: This meeting is hosted in Decatur but is not specific to investing in that area. We have investors from Gwinnett, Cobb, Fulton, Dekalb, Walton, Forsyth, Clayton, Rockdale and more. The range of experiences is vast and we always have a great discussion.
