Good morning All,
We will be having our next meetup/mastermind event in the Bronx, on October 12th from 7 - 10 pm. Our last meetup had over 30+ people and we had great speakers @Yosy (Jay) Kaidar and his partner Moshik from Farm Development speak to us for almost 2 hours on real estate investing. They were awesome and I am very thankful that they filled in at the last minute. We were supposed to analyze deals, but due to the amount of questions, time, and how interactive it was we didn't get to it. Next meetup we will carve out at least 45 minutes to analyze deals. Everyone, bring in a potential or sample deal, it can be the same as the ones we were supposed to analyze in the last meetup. .
The next meetup will be at 3470 East Tremont Ave Bronx, NY 10465. October 12th from 7 - 10 pm. Keep in mind, this is an open forum. A mastermind/meetup. It's not a seminar. We're here to help each other out, potentially form partnerships, and help each other grow. I look forward to seeing all of you.
