About TriCounty REIA of WNY:
TriCounty Real Estate Investor Association (REIA) of WNY 's Mission is to serve as the premiere educational and networking venue for real estate investors in Ontario, Wayne and Monroe Counties. Monthly programming helps our members define and achieve success according their own terms. We encourage, educate and empower eachother to push boundaries, live differently and achieve at the highest levels through persistent, continuous and aggressive self-improvement as it relates to real estate investing and beyond.
About the Event:
This will be a straight up networking event with no sales presentation of any kind. We are simply trying to gauge interest in a local monthly REI Meet Up that focuses on Networking and Education as a way to foster success! It's just like BP but smaller and the people involved actually see one another in person! This is a FREE event but we do ask folks to consider grabbing a bite to eat or a drink to help off set the cost of the Venue!

About the Organizer:
So who am I? And, more importantly, what qualified me to start TriCountyREIA of WNY?
My name is Mike Wagner. I live in Farmington, NY with my wife and two young children. I have been investing in real estate since 2007 (full time since 2011). I began investing in multi-family houses in Rochester and have since transitioned to focusing mostly on Self Storage Investing.
My wife and I support our two young children working a combined 10-15 hours per week on our Storage Businesses. Neither of us have traditional jobs and we LOVE being a "stay-at-home" couple. Our most recent endeavor, TriCounty REIA of WNY, is designed to help others use real estate as a way to improve their lives.
My goal is to bring like minded folks together in an environment that fosters education, growth and the development of meaningful relationships around a common interest in Real Estate.
You should also know that I AM NOT A POLISHED SPEAKER AND I AM NOT A SALESMAN!
I am just a guy that thinks we can all gain a lot by spending time together.
