Hi All,

It's another month and time for another real estate meetup! These meetups have had up to 82 BiggerPockets and Meetup.com members chatting about investing in the San Jose area and also out of state. Just come by and mingle, there is no set agenda. We welcome anyone who would like to attend!

When: Thursday, March 16, 2017, 7:00pm (usually I'm around at 6!)

Been so long since I've been able to make your San Jose meetup!
I'm flying back from Taiwan on the night of the 15th, so assuming I sleep for less than 24 hours when I get back, I'll come out and say hello to everyone!

Haves: Lots of travel stories & advice, furnished rental / Airbnb experience, Oakland rent control / RAP, Section 8, probably doing 1st eviction soon, bought a foreclosure, wholesale deal back in the day, and interested in tiny homes and maybe look into mobile home parks.. And maybe hotel in the next downturn. 

Wants: Bay Area apartment & home owners who want low-headache tenant who pays rent early ;) trade war stories, real estate advice, travel destinations, hotel & short term rental operators, and a drink! ;)

Hope to see some of the homies.. @Arlen Chou, @Account Closed, @David C. can you make it out? My first full day back in the States ;)
