We're having this meetup at a building that will eventually be torn down, along with the building next door... so come here about this project, live analysis on what could be done with your properties, and network with other real estate investors!

The venue is a private hangout/lounge, nice place, with a full working bathroom, even though the building next door is gutted. My friend Arlen Chou will share a bit about his vision for the future of this block!
There is parking in front on the street, with more plentiful parking on the street behind the building, if you go around the block.

What is the venue?
My buddy Arlen owns the space, and it's basically a lounge type space, with chairs, couches, conference table, and plenty fo space to hang out and network!

We'll have some light snacks and drinks available, but feel free to bring your favorite beverage, food from home or elsewhere, order/bring whatever you'd like for yourself or to share with others :)

My name is J Thomas Martin. I've bought foreclosures for long term holds/BRRR, founded an Airbnb arbitrage business over 8 years ago, invested over $2MM with a dozen other real estate investors in over two dozen different deals from multifamily to flips to mobile home parks to self storage.

I've been a digital nomad for almost a decade, and traveled to over 60 countries, mostly spending time in SE Asia, along with some Latin America and Europe - and still love traveling. I also love riding motorcycles, especially offroad, and usually spend part of the winters in Baja riding around on 2 wheels and petting whales.

I also work with an amazing non-profit, Youth Champions, that helps teach personal and professional topics to high school students in Los Angeles County!
