About the Rivera’s: David and Chenoa fell in love at Chico State and today that passion for family and rehabbing shines through in all the love they put into each flipping project. With over 15 flips in the past year in Butte County and an episode with HGTV, (Aire dates4/15) current projects and the recent birth of their son … life is busy. Starting this wild ride in 2010 their first flip was a foreclosure home in Paradise. Today they have buy/hold rental properties in Oroville, Red Bluff and Paradise.
