The format for the upcoming meeting is as follows:

1. 6PM to 6:30PM Meeting comes to order — Our standard networking, each attendee introduces themselves and provides a quick update to the group on what their level of Real Estate Investment and if they are looking for a certain type of property or selling a property

2. 6:30PM Panel will be introduced by Sharron Ames (meeting host along with David Landeck) Erin Jergens, Starker Exchange; Tina Peters, RE Investor; Scott Wolf, RE Broker and Investor; and RickThomas, President of Timios Title.

Erin — will lead off with What is a 1031 exchange, What are the different types and why they offer a tax advantage, also hit on highlights of pitfalls and what to avoid

Tina — will follow with her recent experience using Starker Exchange and why she using 1031 exchanges as part of her RE strategy, this will be the investor perspective.

Scott — will share his recent experience on his out of state exchange and the process he encountered, his will be the investor perspective.

Rick — will close the panel with his perspective of how the title company works within this type of transaction and will provide insight into what is needed by a home owner or investor and RE agent.
