Hello fellow investors. You are all invited to attend the next Oahu Hawaii Real Estate Investing westside meet up at the Kapolei UPS store next week Wednesday the 26th at 6:45pm. We will have a short topic followed by networking with other investors. This months topic is "Let's talk paperwork" oh how fun! LLC, lawyers, taxes, accounting, everything we hate but have to do. whether you flip, buy and hold or you're just getting started these things are always on our minds. what do you do? who do you use? do you really need that? it cost what!! share your wisdom and learn from others.
