Every second Monday of the month Memphis Investment Properties will be holding a Real Estate Investor Networking event. The purpose of this meeting is to get to know all of the local investors in town.
Investors are encouraged but not required to bring a one page paper with their "haves" and/or "wants" -> a description of what deals they currently have under contract to sell or what they are looking to buy. We want this event to be not only a networking event but an actionable event where people can connect and get deals done.
Anyone interested in real estate from beginner to veteran is invited to attend.
Light food and drinks will be provided.

Where is the meeting, what time and what's the cost?
My husband and I would like to attend and bring our young adult son, @LeifEOlson , who wants to learn more about the legalities and paperwork side of getting started as a REI (he's chomping at the bit to buy his first property, but at age 19, it has its challenges - even with an excellent credit score and a decent savings account & no student loans); while going to college (living at home) and while working for his Papaw (rehabbing d to c- level SFH, commercial props & farm work) while also working for Eubank's Lumber Yard and picking up some lawn care work, cleaning gutters, clearing over grown acreage, etc...
