Every second Monday of the month Memphis Investment Properties will be holding a Real Estate Investor Networking event. The purpose of this meeting is to get to know all of the local investors in town.
Investors are encouraged but not required to bring a one page paper with their "haves" and/or "wants" -> a description of what deals they currently have under contract to sell or what they are looking to buy. We want this event to be not only a networking event but an actionable event where people can connect and get deals done. And yes last Monday a buyer and seller were connected that would not have happened otherwise.
Anyone interested in real estate from beginner to veteran is invited to attend.
Light food and drinks will be provided.
