Join us for the inaugural Skagit County real estate meetup on Thursday Sept. 21. This is a group for all those interested in real estate to share ideas and make connections. We will meet monthly, alternating locations between Mount Vernon/Burlington and Anacortes.

WHEN: Thursday Sept. 21 at 6:00PM

WHERE: Location is TBD, but I'm trying to secure a case-study location like a recent rehab or vacant apartment to show something more than just a meeting room. Our September meeting will be in Mount Vernon or Burlington, and October location will be in Anacortes. Location also depends on size of group, so please respond with your RSVP here.

WHO: We are excited to meet people in Skagit, whether you are long time residents and investors, new to the area, or just want to check out Skagit. This group is great for landlords, flippers, wholesalers, real estate agents, loan officers, commercial lenders, portfolio lenders, appraisers, general contractors, handymen, private money lenders, real estate attorneys, buyers, sellers, insurance brokers, escrow officers, and marketing professionals.

I just wanted to update the location. We have a vacant apartment available to host the meeting. I think this is a great creative way to do a real life case study, and a cozy way to start out our little Skagit meet up.

LOCATION: 416 S. 20th Street Apt. D, Mount Vernon, WA 98221.

Our first meeting will probably be small enough, but BYOChair if you want more comfort than a metal folding chair, and super casual, don't dress to impress in this working class neighborhood.

Entrance will be through the garage of "the barn building," you can't miss the yellow siding on the south side.
