Thinking of becoming a landlord in the Triangle? Or are you a landlord and maybe do things that are against the law?
The Triangle Real Estate Investors Association presents a full day seminar on landlord/tenant law for all you landlords across the Triangle.
Will Brownlee will bring you up to speed on the NC landlord-tenant law changes. (Yes, the law changes!) Also, he will discuss common landlord myths, the legal aspects and some serious dangers of property management, the eviction process and how to avoid pitfalls, etc. He will even answer questions.
You can only get this seminar in a couple of places, and we have the best price by far- not even counting the amazing food. This is once per year, so don’t hesitate and risk getting closed out until next fall.
Only $125 for TREIA members.
Includes breakfast, lunch & snack and workbook
Time: Registration opens 7:30. Start at 8:00. Finish 4:00
