How can you fund a deal with no money out of your pocket and/or low or no credit?
This month's meeting will breakdown a few real life deals. First we will discuss how it was actually funded and then we will have a panel of lenders discuss how they might have been able to also help fund the same deal, all with the goal of you having little to no money in to the deal!
The second half of the meeting, we will break up in to smaller groups with a lender or a seasoned investor. This will be someone who has used some of the strategies we will cover and you will be able to share a deal you are looking at or maybe one you passed on in the past. The group will discuss possible ways perhaps it could have been funded differently and you will be able to make connections to other investors and lenders.
If you are a private money lender, you will be able to meet hungry investors who need money and need what you do! You will not want to miss this meeting!
