APRIL meeting will be April 17th, 6 pm at Salt Hill Pub in Lebanon, NH. The GUEST speaker will be Kim Matson, a realtor from RH Thackston & Co., who will be speaking about communication styles and how important excellent communication skills are in buying and selling real estate, negotiating deals, working with contractors, etc. Kim is a lively speaker and a go-getter in the real estate world, excelling at auction and foreclosure sales with HUD, BLB and all the auction sites.
