This is a monthly meetup held the last Tuesday of every month. Hosted by @Joe Fairless with some help organizing from yours truly!
Last month Brady Melton Short presentation from Brady Melton on why setting goals, understanding your passion, and having a mission for your real estate business, is crucial to your success as an investor.
This month we're having a house hacking panel led by @Slocomb Reed
After the presentation, we share our progress since last month, or if you're new, introduce yourself. After that we network for the remaining time. The $2.50 fee (plus $1.02 for eventbrite processing = $3.52) is simply for accountability. This way we cut down on people RSVP-ing and not showing up, taking away tickets for people that would have showed up (and it buys pizza for the group) :)
You MUST RSVP to attend! To learn more and to RSVP visit https://www.eventbrite.com/e/cincinnatis-best-ever-rei-mastermind-june-house-hacking-panel-tickets-46623130037
Photo from last month's presentation. Brady Melton had a tremendous slideshow and talk about goal setting. I'm looking forward to this month's panel on house hacking.
Are these monthly meet ups always in Cincinnati? I live in Louisville, Kentucky and would love to attend these events but the 2 1/2 hour drive while have a job just can't work out for me on weekdays. Is there anything like this on weekends?
@Jordan Pate Jordan, I’m certain there are meet up groups in Louisville too. They just aren’t associated with the Best Ever group.
Looking forward to attending this as my first event. What a bargain at $3.52! pizza pizza
Could you let me know if there is a specific type of investment this group is discussing? Is it for flipping, single family, multi-family, or some other type?
@Jordan Pate Somehow I didn't catch these notifications. Yes, always Cincy, always last Tuesday of the month.
@Matthew T Hutson Were you there??
@Josh Adams There are investors of all types. We're mostly a networking meetup, with a short presentation at the beginning each month. Topic of the presentation varies.
@Grant Rothenburger We did not make it out there because time ran short, I knew we were going to be close on time but it didn't work out. The trip is 2 hours so I will have to plan better for a future meeting. I hope it was fruitful for everyone that attended!
@Matthew T Hutson It was a good time. Hope to see you at a future one! Last Tuesday every month, same place and time.
@Grant Rothenburger Thanks for the reply.
