The Hampton Roads Landlord Association meets the first Wednesday of the month for a Lunch & Learn. This month’s topic is an intro to Land Contacts and Lease Options. You must be a member of the club to RSVP, but membership is free. This is necessary so we know how many to set up for. The restaurant we are meeting at opens just for us, so a correct number of RSVPs is critical. You can find the details here...

Pls note - This club is for landlords and the sole purpose is education. It is not a networking club, so we don’t accept vendors. Members who want to network also attend the Tidewater Real Estate Investors Group, where it is appropriate for vendors to join and attend. Don’t be mad at us. We only have 10 lunch & learns a year, and we prefer to focus on education without vendors trying to sell us on their services. ;)
