We've got a great group going now so we want to keep it up. Each month we're coming up with topics to share as a group such as investor war stories, successes and failures, tenant management, analysis tools, goal setting, etc. No pressure, just come to share and learn.

For as long as I can remember, I've been wanting to get involved in the real estate space. Finally, I've made the decision to learn more about real estate investing, network and take the first steps into this new world (for me at least). I plan on attending this meet up, but cannot promise that I'll add much value to conversation. I'm mainly planning on attending to learn and see what it takes to succeed in this industry.
