Conference tax deductible?
Well, will all of you be saving receipts and claiming this trip? If so, what is dedutoble. This is my first business trip (newbie) I know!

Yes it can be if you are engaged in real estate activities. Those who are may:
1. Take a per diem of $66(The amount for Denver) each day for meals and incidental expenses.(you may also choose to keep the exact receipts)
2. You may deduct your lodging related to the time spend in Denver on real estate business.
3. You may deduct any additional travel such as car rental/cabs when looking at properties in the area.
4. The cost of the summit itself.
