Hi All. Well I have to make (what is likely) the most regretful decision of my career and not attend the summit this year. I had a couple of rehab projects back up on me and really can’t justify the trip due to falling behind schedule. So it is with great regret that I offer my ticket up for sale at ½ the price it is currently available.

I understand man.I was trying to make the summit but I have a few really big deals closing and I have to be here for out of state investors coming into town on one of my closings.

It would be nice to go but if you can't you just can't and that's the bottom line.

Hopefully they record the sessions as I would still like to learn from it.
