Learn how the new wholesaling law will affect your current wholesaling business and the steps to take to get your real estate license.

Are you an active or aspiring real estate wholesaler in IL concerned and confused by the new law, bill SB1872, signed into effect by Governor JB Pritzker on August 9th that makes wholesaling more than 1 wholesale transaction within 12 months illegal unless you're a licensed real estate broker? Don't know what to do next - continue to wholesale your current deals without a license, pause your business to get your license, how and where to get licensed, the costs associated with getting licensed, or even decide to quit wholesaling altogether?

Join us Wednesday Sept 4th with Special Guest Gary Davidson from Castle Law to get all your questions answered! Gary is Chicagoland's #1 real estate investment attorney. Literally. His firm closed over 2500+ transactions last year, most of any firm in the state. Join us as he breaks down the new law, what it means, and what options you have if you want to continue scaling your business legally and ethically.

Afterwards, for those of you who want to become licensed and continue growing your business, Cobblestone Realty will go over all the steps you need to take to get your license, the costs, and the timeline. We will also go over why Cobblestone is a perfect brokerage for wholesalers to hang their license. The partner's at Cobblestone are investors themselves and have completed over 50 fix and flip and wholesale transactions combined, grossing more than $15 million.If you are currently wholesaling or thinking about wholesaling this is a CAN'T MISS EVENT!

Please RSVP as pizza and beverages will be served - https://www.eventbrite.com/e/new-wholesaling-law-explained-by-1-attorney-gary-davidson-re-career-night-tickets-70921521179

    @Matt Mesick

    Is it possible for me to open up my own brokerage in Illinois and just have a managing broker as broker of record like we do for our shop here in PA?
