@Matt Mesick Got it alright thanks! So are they the only ones allowed to talk to the seller's, send agreement, etc? Since they would be the only ones licensed in the state?

@Jonathan Klemm right I figured thats how it is in PA here too. But All I would need to open one is a managing broker in IL right?

Is it possible for me to open up my own brokerage in Illinois and just have a managing broker as broker of record like we do for our shop here in PA?

Hey I saw a post about wholesaling in Chicago that you asked a bunch of questions that I had myself and I was wondering if you ever got any answers. I am looking at potentially opening a brokerage in Chicago to Wholesale. But was wondering if everyone in the company needs to be licensed or how that works
