Hello all! The time has come for the long awaited meet up with @Matt Faircloth

Matt Faircloth, Co-Founder, DeRosa Group, Author of BP’s Raising Private Capital book
Matt Faircloth has been a full-time investor for 15 years. In that time he has
successfully completed projects involving dozens of fix and flips, office buildings,
single family homes, and apartment buildings. He started with a $30,000 private loan
and has now completed over $40,000,000 in transactions involving private money. He
is a regular contributor to Bigger, has an active YouTube Channel
dedicated to educating investors, and the author of the Amazon Bestseller, Raising
Private Capital: How to Build your Real Estate Empire with Other People's Money
published by BiggerPockets.

If you're like most real estate investors, you face one of two problems - not enough deals or not enough money. Finding deals in today's market is a challenge for everyone, but finding money doesn't need to be. At this meeting, Matt Faircloth will tell us how to find MILLIONS in private money out of our own network. We will learn how to find those that have investable capital all around us, and how to create win-win arrangements with them so they can build their wealth while we grow our business. You can't miss this!

Hope to see you all there!!

I'm tentative for this one as I'd have to bring my daughter with me. To be able to get her home in time for bed may not be able to make the trip to Moorestown and back to a point where it makes sense timing wise.
