We are excited to have Feras Moussa speak about how he quit Microsoft and combined his passions - tech and real estate to build his portfolio and start Disrupt Equity, a company focused on multi-family acquisitions and investments for investors.

After graduating from the University of Texas with a Computer Science degree, Feras worked at Microsoft. Feras later quit Microsoft and quickly built a portfolio of rentals, completing 9 closings in his first 12 months. After having seen the results of rentals, he decided to scale up into apartment complexes, and started Disrupt Equity, with almost a $100MM portfolio, purchase and sale of over 1600+ units.
