Greg Mushen has built a ten-property portfolio of out-of-state buy-and-hold properties in Indianapolis while working full-time in the ever-changing tech industry. He served as Director of Product Management at Expedia for 14 years after graduating from the University of Washington. Last year, Greg joined the fast-growing Real Estate Brokerage, Compass. Greg has acquired ten out-of-state properties using the BRRR method. During our meetup, Greg will show you exactly how he did it—sharing the numbers, the wins and the mistakes.

Nghi Le started investing in real estate in 2014. It didn't take him long to realize that one of his biggest costs was financing. Over the next few years, Nghi talked to over a hundred commercial/hard money lenders, borrowing from a couple dozen of them to do flips and BRRRs in eight states. Now, Nghi and his team at Certain Lending are guiding other investors to their best financing options while helping them avoid some of the lessons he experienced.
