The purpose of the event is to network and share ideas on how to improve returns on real estate investments. Often, there are presentations by vendors or local people. Nothing is being sold.
Menu: they have popcorn, pretzels and snacks. You can bring your own 'take out/dine in' or they have menus from nearby restaurants that will deliver to their pub.
