Bio: After graduating from the University of Delaware, David spent over 18
years as a successful portfolio/relationship manager on Wall Street
working for some of the largest investment firms. His responsibilities
included conducting investment management seminars and partnering with
various Sales Directors and Asset Management sales personnel around the
country to help close new business and help raise New Assets Under
Management.
Since 2011 David has been focusing on Real Estate Investments. He has
been either buying houses to fix them up and sell them or wholesale them
to other investors. Over the last 5 Years, David added a focus on
Multifamily Acquisitions for helping investors get Fair Market Returns
on their investments.
