Finally, Airbnb has added an option for pet fees!

I have asked Airbnb for years to add pet fees so that they can be inclusive to families with pets. Vrbo has had this from the beginning of time that I have been using them.

Now your guest can just select this upfront. SOOOO much easier on everyone!

Actually it can cost more than $50 a day after my wife pays for extra walks, doggy condo and all the other extras, haha.

I have been charging $115 per stay, that is good for up to two dogs. We don't allow more than 2.

I'd say about 65% of our guests bring a pet and we make over 2k per year on pet fees. Never had any damage (from pets).
