Tech RECs for getting STR comparisons/long distance management

Hello! I am under contract with a Short Term Rental in Grand Lake Colorado! I'm super excited about it.

What apps should I be using to create a comparison and use the "enemy method?" 

I am thinking about doing some renovations, any suggestions on the highest value renovations for a mountain cabin? 

Any tech that I should use for long distance manager?
