Dynamic pricing software

Daniel Kyle
Posted

I just bought my first short term rental cabin in the smokies.  My wife and I plan on self managing.   I was wandering if anyone had any advice or recommendations on software for dynamic pricing and platforms to help manage?  I have looked at several but was hoping for some feedback on some on them before purchasing.  Or if they are even worth purchasing.  Thanks

The best way is free.

Manually check your competition once a quarter and adjust you price based on the specific comps that are your best comparable properties.

Software Might take into account a mobile home or some other property not similar. It might just look at one platform and not multiples.

I get most all my bookings from Vrbo so look at comps there.
