Mid-Term Rental in San Antonio

From my research, seems like healthcare is one of the largest employers in San Antonio. Anyone has experience doing mid-term rental in this SA for travel nurses?

I am looking at zip code 78229, and you can still get single family homes in the mid 200k range.

Great place to start looking, even further north and north west along I-10, are still great locations for healthcare workers. The V.A in San Antonio has been known to give higher stipends. From my experience of owning and operating 3 STR's in San Antonio, the mid term rentals have been great during the late fall and winter months, but you'll definitely want to take advantage of STR during the late spring/ summer here. Best of luck with your next purchase!
