I've got 8 guys renting 3 places from me. They all work for the same company. The 8 guys superintendant told them that they were stupid to rent a place from me. The superintendant is staying in a motel and he called me yesterday and wanted to rent a place from me. He has been in all 3 places. There is no comparison to a motel room and and STR. Should I eff him or rent him a place?
