Furnishing cost for STR

Hello All, 

Almost finishing up setting up my first STR. I'm curious to know how much are you guys spending on furnishing a 4 bd/2ba house of 2600 sf ft.

I’d bump it to $20k-$25k and stay away from ikea for the pieces that get a lot of use. You’ll be replacing couches, dining tables, bar stools and the like way too often
