Do I need to paint my STR?

I had a few people that advised I should paint, and few who advised I should not. Please look at the pictures and advise as to what you think.

How are your bookings? If you are fully booked with minimal vacancies and market rates, leave it as is. Otherwise I’d repaint with more neutral colors
