Property and Liability Insurance

We have a 15 unit apartment complex that we operate as a vacation rental. Having a hard time finding a new insurance carrier since we just received the 'non-renewal' letter from our existing carrier- they no longer wish to insure vacation rentals. Anyone have a good carrier they can suggest. We are in Tucson, Arizona.
