Hello, we are looking for someone with knowledge of the STR market in and around New Haven CT. Knowledge of the STR laws and regulations, trending areas, return on investment projections, etc.

I have found most (not all) realtors do not know much about running a STR or finding a property that is best suited for this.

Learn what the rules are, look at what properties are doing well and find out why. Is it the property itself, location, amenities etc.

Then you are well equipped to tell the realtor which properties you want to see.

No one has a higher vested interest in yourself than you do.
