I'm currently looking at a duplex that is listed at $800K. Would like someone who's good at analyzing deals to take a look at the numbers and see what your opinions were. Thank you!!

Are you using some type of Cost Calculator to run your estimated income, expenses, overhead, etc?  Every deal I ever look at or look at for my clients, we ALWAYS go through the our team's cost calculator to make sure the numbers work with whatever strategy you are trying to implement.

As the others mentioned, I'd be curious to know where its located, and what strategy you're looking into? Short term renting is typically the best way to cash flow, but there are a lot of rules and regulations out here in Denver and surrounding counties.
