Airdna Rentalizer Accuracy
I'm looking at my first potential short term rental and wondering how accurate is the Airdna Rentalizer? Does it take taxes into consideration? What other factors should I be aware of that this calculator may be missing from its calculation? Is there another calculator or formula you've found works best when analyzing short term rental deals? Thanks in advance!

Your best bet is checks similar properties to yours on Vrbo and Airbnb. Don't rely on Airdna numbers.
